Ingredients:
Banana Berry: Oat flour, banana, egg, blueberries, strawberries, coconut oil, cream cheese, greek yogurt, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, tapioca starch.
Carrot Cake: Oat flour, banana, egg, carrots, coconut oil, cream cheese, greek yogurt, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, tapioca starch.
Pumpkin Carob Marble: Oat flour, banana, egg, pumpkin puree, carob powder, coconut oil, cream cheese, greek yogurt, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, tapioca starch.
Our cakes are made to be refrigerated. With ingredients such as cream cheese and greek yogurt, we recommend cakes be consumed within 2-3 days of pick up. Freezing the cake and defrosting can cause cracking in the frosting. Be sure to take pictures while the cake is still frozen if that is the case, then defrost and serve so as not to ruin the desgin.
Can be kept in freezer in a sealed container or cut into slices and placed in a freezer-bag for up to 4 months. Frozen cake is a fun cooling summer snack!
