INGREDIENTS:

  • Organic Oat Flour

  • Organic Bananas

  • Organic Eggs

  • Baking Powder

  • A touch of cinnamon

  • Tapioca Starch Based Icing

  • Fruit & Veggie Powders for Colours

Transparent ingredients are the hallmark of our treats. Looking at the back of the bag you’ll see ingredients you can pronounce and that you know what they are. Feel good about feeding your pet a treat humans could eat.

No sugars, preservatives or anything artificial can be found in our treats or bakery items.

All colors are made from mixes of fruit, vegetable, turmeric, and spirulina powders. We make our own color concentrations for easy color mixing and use color theory to achieve all of our shades. This means our various shades of green are made with turmeric and aqua spirulina (blue) instead of spinach or green vegetable powders.

Cinnamon: If you are concerned about the amount of cinnamon in our treats, we use 1/2 teaspoon in our recipe that makes 20 4oz bags of treats, making it less than a pinch per treat.

Process

Each of our treats is made from scratch. We make our dough in a standing mixer, just until combined to the perfect consistency. No kneading here! We use techniques from human cookie and cracker recipes to yield a light, airy, and crunchy biscuit!

ENTIRE BAKING PROCESS:

  • Dough made in a mixer.

  • Hand-rolled to get the perfect even layer.

  • Shapes, bones, and more are cut out by hand from each dough, and lined on a baking sheet.

  • Baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 350, then left at 150 for 40-50 minutes to perfectly dry out, especially any flavours with fruit mixed in!

  • Treats are moved onto our decorating sheets where they are hand-dipped into our icing, sprinkled with toppings, and left to dry for 12-24 hours.

  • Packaged at the peak of dryness and headed to you!

We use a hand-made approach to each treat which yields quality in each bag your pet gets. Treats are inspected for cracks, burnt pieces, and more before being packed into bags and distributed.

  • Yes! We ship across the US & Canada.

    At checkout you’ll be presented with multiple shipping options to choose from and can select the one that works for you. Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of ordering. Expect up to 8 days of travel time if choosing ground shipping.

    Please note: Custom Mixes, Boxes and Custom Orders of any kind can take up to two weeks to ship!!

  • Our treats are shelf stable from time of purchase until date listed on the back of the bag. Once treats are packaged, they are good for up to three months. However, we know they’ll be finished sooner!

    You can store your treats in the freezer for longer shelf life, they retain their crunch without needing to defrost.

  • Our custom biscuits can be ordered via email. On our contact page you will find the form to fill out. We will be in touch within 2-3 business days with more info about your specific needs! We can’t wait to create something custom for you and your pet.

  • We use fruit, vegetable, spirulina and turmeric powders to achieve our colors. They are mixed with water to concentrate in various blends and combinations to achieve the colors we use.

  • In each product’s item description and product page you’ll find our size chart. We recommend tying a string around your pet’s neck and measuring to find their size. You can also measure their collar laying flat to find the size.

    Our bandanas are crafted with a curved neckline which gives you extra tie length, our sizes have a large wiggle room for necks.

  • Please reach out to us directly about your custom project!

    We can make a custom size if your dog is too small for our XL bandana, you’ll need to send in your neck measurements. We can also make large bows and bowties.

  • On our store front shop page you will find a tab labelled “cats”, we offer a select few of cat our cat approved flavours in smaller 1/2 inch sized fish shaped treats.

    Have any cat flavour ideas? Please send them through our contact page! We’re always wanting to add to our cat line!

  • No, we cannot ship our cakes or bakery items. They are made with cream cheese frosting that requires refrigeration before and after serving.

    Check out our bulk bone bar or wonderful selection of treats that do ship right to your door!

  • Please reach out via our contact form to inquire about our grain-free options. All of our recipes can be adapted to chickpea flour for an additional charge.

  • We are in lots of pet stores and boutiques across the US and Canada. Find a full list of stores who carry our products right below the FAQs. Keep scrolling and you’ll find it.

  • Yes you can! Each item in 100% cotton, our other material products come with special care instructions.

    Our 100% cotton bandanas and bows can be tossed into your washing machine and dried. Cotton will shrink at hot temperatures, so we recommend air drying if you are worried about shrinkage. Or using a cooler tumble setting on your dryer. You can iron for a polished smooth look. Coming out of the dryer, the bandana will be fluffy and not wrinkled if removed immediately.

    At this time we do not refund our biscuit items unless they are severely damaged and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please expect small amounts of breakage with shipping. Broken biscuits are still edible.
